The invention discloses a novel elastic assembly structure. The novel elastic assembly structure comprises a first disc-shaped elastic conical surface and a second disc-shaped elastic conical surface, wherein through holes are formed in the middle of the first elastic conical surface and the middle of the second elastic conical surface respectively, and the first elastic conical surface and the second elastic conical surface are arranged in a back-to-back mode and share the same central axis. A first retainer and a second retainer are arranged between the first elastic conical surface and the second elastic conical surface. The first retainer is provided with a plurality of first riveting parts, the second retainer is correspondingly provided with a plurality of second riveting parts, the first riveting parts are bent after sequentially penetrating through the second retainer and the second elastic conical surface and press the second retainer and the second elastic conical surface on the first retainer, and the second riveting parts are bent after sequentially penetrating through the first retainer and the first elastic conical surface and press the first retainer and the first elastic conical surface on the second retainer. The invention further discloses a steering shaft clearance compensation structure. The steering shaft clearance compensation structure comprises a steering column shell, a steering shaft which penetrates through the steering column shell and is supported by a roller bearing, and the elastic assembly structure located between the steering column shell and the roller bearing. According to the invention, axis clearance compensation of the steering shaft is realized, zero clearance is guaranteed, and the durability and the environment resistance are greatly improved.
