The invention provides an automobile rear wheel steering electromagnetic alignment cylinder. The cylinder mainly comprises an alignment cylinder body, a piston rod, a left floating piston and a right floating piston. An annular boss is arranged at the end of the inner side of the piston rod. The left floating piston and the right floating piston are located on the two sides of the annular boss respectively. An inner annular boss in clearance fit with the annular boss is arranged in the middle of the interior of the alignment cylinder body. The cylinder further comprises a locking cylinder body fixed to the alignment cylinder body, a locking piston is arranged in the lower end of the locking cylinder body, an electromagnetic valve assembly is arranged at the upper end of the locking cylinder body, the electromagnetic valve assembly axially moves along the locking cylinder body due to the fact that a push rod drives the locking piston, the locking piston extends into the alignment cylinder body through the electromagnetic valve assembly and is in locking fit with an annular wedge-shaped groove in the annular boss, a locking piston return spring is arranged on the push rod, and an exhaust plug used for exhausting gas in a cavity of the inner annular boss is arranged on the locking cylinder body. Mechanical locking plays an important role in improving operation stability of an automobile.
