The invention relates to a vehicle anti-theft positioning system with the automatic charging function. The system comprises a piezoelectric vibration energy collector, an energy managing and charging unit, a storage battery, a microprocessor unit, a GPS module and a GSM module. The piezoelectric vibration energy collector is used for collecting energy generated by vibration in the vehicle running process and converts the energy into electric energy, and the energy managing and charging unit charges the storage battery through the electric energy output by the piezoelectric vibration energy collector; the microprocessor unit can position the vehicle position information through the GPS module and the GSM module and sends the information to an assigned mobile phone through a short message. The working time of the system and the service life of the battery can be greatly prolonged, and the system has the advantages of being higher in hiding performance and convenient to install.
