The invention relates to a tower crane jacking anti-dislocation device of a building tower crane. The tower crane jacking anti-dislocation device comprises a standard joint, a step, a wrap frame and a climbing jaw. The step is fixedly connected to a vertical angle steel frame of the standard joint, and the upper end face of the step serves as a bearing face. A fixed hinge is formed between the climbing jaw and the wrap frame. The supporting face of the climbing jaw and the bearing face of the step are in cross contact. The climbing jaw is formed by combining a transverse edge and a straight edge and is in an L shape. The rotary axis of the fixed hinge is arranged at the bottom of the straight edge, and the lower face of the transverse edge serves as the supporting face. A step body protruding out of the upper end face is arranged at the end of the upper end face of the step. A step body protruding out of the lower face of the transverse edge is arranged at the end of the lower face of the transverse edge of the climbing jaw. The tower crane jacking anti-dislocation device has the following beneficial effects that under the condition that the previous step does not need to be avoided, the climbing jaw can be smoothly separated from and combined with the bearing face of the step; and the bearing face of the step and the supporting face of the climbing jaw support and constrain each other, and therefore the bearing face of the step and the supporting face of the climbing jaw cannot be separated under the influence of any poor factor, and the safety function is achieved.
