The invention provides a shipping monitoring system which can monitor a ship itself and can monitor waterway conditions in real time. The system comprises a data processing and commanding center (1), a digital waterway system (2) electrically connected with the data processing and commanding center, a shipping business Beidou/GPS two-mode terminal (3), a ship-mounted intelligent monitoring terminal (4), a VTS waterway management system (5), a CCTV waterway management system (6), a DGPS waterway management system, a shipping lock intelligent scheduling subsystem (8), a ship dynamic monitoring subsystem (9), an intelligent Internet of things shipping logistics information service system (10), a waterway geographic information system (11), a shipping logistics government affair information service subsystem (12) and an unmanned aerial vehicle real-time detection subsystem (13), wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle real-time detection subsystem comprises an underwater detection subsystem and an above-water detection subsystem, the underwater detection subsystem is used for detecting underwater shipping environment, and the above-water detection subsystem is used for detecting above-water shipping environment.
