The invention discloses an underpan suspension system for off-highway engineering machinery. The underpan suspension system comprises a front axle, a middle axle, a rear axle, transverse pull rods, longitudinal pull rods, balance beams and cantilever beams, wherein the transverse pull rods and the longitudinal pull rods are used for connecting the front axle, the middle axle and the rear axle; the balance beams are used for connecting the front axle, the middle axle and the rear axle; and the cantilever beams are used for connecting the balance beams. The underpan suspension system has the following advantages that the bearing is balanced; the operation and the control are stable; safety and reliability are realized; the abrasion of tires of the front axle, the middle axle and the rear axle is consistent; and the cost performance is high.
