The invention provides a cooling control method and a cooling control device for a motor and a controller thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring the following parameters: real-time rotating speed, power and stator temperature of the motor, the temperature of a cooling liquid at a motor inlet, the real-time power and temperature of the motor controller and the runningtime of a fan at the highest gear; secondly, calculating a flow demand according to the rotating speed and the power of the motor and the water temperature, correcting the flow demand according to the temperature of a stator, calculating a flow demand according to the power of the motor controller and the water temperature, correcting the flow demand according to the temperature of the motor controller, and taking the larger one of the two corrected values as a target flow demand; then, correcting the target flow demand according to the running time of the fan at the highest gear; and finally, adjusting a water pump to a corresponding rotating speed according to the relationship between the rotating speed and flow of a water pump. The rotating speed of the water pump is dynamically adjusted according to the rotating speed and power of the motor and the power and water temperature of the motor controller, and accuracy and energy conservation are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种电机及其控制器的冷却控制方法与装置,该方法包括首先获取如下参数:电机实时转速、功率及定子温度;电机入口处冷却液温度;电机控制器实时功率及温度;风扇在最高档位运行时间。其次,由电机转速、功率及水温计算流量需求,并据定子温度修正流量需求;由电机控制器功率及水温计算流量需求,并据电机控制器温度修正流量需求;取上述两个修正值中较大者为目标流量需求。然后,根据风扇在最高档运行时间修正该目标流量需求。最后,根据水泵转速与流量的关系,调节水泵到相应的转速。本发明根据电机转速和功率、电机控制器功率及水温,动态调节水泵转速,更加精准且节能。
