The invention relates to a protective unmanned aerial vehicle with a buffer function based on a block chain technology. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a main body, a camera and at least four flying devices, a retracting and releasing mechanism is arranged in the main body; the retracting and releasing mechanism comprises a lifting plate, a power assembly, a supporting ring, a fixing rod, arotating sleeve, an annular groove and a cleaning brush. Supporting mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the body. The supporting mechanism comprises a sealing sleeve, a lifting rod, a spring, two supports, two sliding grooves and two sliding blocks. The power assembly comprises a ball screw bearing, a gear, an annular rack and a lead screw. The protection type unmanned aerialvehicle with the buffer function based on the block chain technology is provided; a block chain technology is adopted for data storage, so that the data safety degree is high, the camera is retractedand released through the retracting and releasing mechanism, the probability of damage to the camera is reduced, the impact force between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the ground is reduced throughthe buffering effect of the supporting mechanism on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the probability of damage to the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced.
