The invention discloses a remote safety control system and method for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner of a new energy automobile. The system includes a mobile terminal in remote communication connection with a T-BOX; the T-BOX is connected with a PTC controller through a CAN line; the PTC controller is in communication connection with a battery management system (BMS) through a CAN line; the BMSis in communication connection with a main negative relay, a pre-charging relay and a main positive relay; and the PTC controller is connected with an air conditioner control system CLM and a motor controller MCU through CAN lines. According to the invention, during periods of remote heating control starting and heating removing of the air conditioner, the PTC controller is in a remote control mode and temporarily takes over the control function of part of the VCUs; for example, a battery connection and disconnection command is sent to the BMS, an active discharge mode entering command and asleep mode entering command are sent to the MCU; and after the PTC controller exits from the remote control mode, parts of control functions of the VCU are not achieved. Therefore, control chaos caused by intersection of the control functions of the PTC controller and the VCU in the normal driving process is avoided.
本发明公开了一种新能源汽车车载空调的远程安全控制系统及方法,该系统包括:移动终端,移动终端与T‑BOX远程通讯连接,T‑BOX通过CAN线与PTC控制器连接,PTC控制器通过CAN线与电池管理系统BMS通讯连接,电池管理系统BMS与主负继电器、预充继电器及主正继电器通讯连接,PTC控制器通过CAN线与空调控制系统CLM、电机控制器MCU连接。在空调远程加热控制启动和取消加热的期间内,PTC控制器处于远程控制模式暂时接管部分VCU的控制功能,如:向BMS发送电池连接和断开命令、向MCU发送进入主动泄放模式命令和进入休眠模式命令,在PTC控制器退出远程控制模式后,不具备上述VCU的部分控制功能。从而避免了在正常行车过程中PTC控制器和VCU控制功能交叉,导致控制混乱。
