The invention relates to a supporting method for carrying a top side tank section of a large bulk cargo ship. According to the supporting method, a [phi]325 circular pipe is used as a supporting pipein the carrying process of the top side tank section, is supported between a special supporting seat of the top side tank section and a special supporting bottom stool of a bottom side tank section and is fixed through a direction stabilizing frame and a jacking oil hydraulic pump. The supporting method comprises the steps of installing the special supporting seat, installing the special supporting bottom stool, placing the direction stabilizing frame and the supporting pipe, hoisting and carrying the section, adjusting the supporting pipe and welding and the like. The problems that the top side tank section of the large bulk cargo ship is prone to toppling over in the carrying process, and it is difficult to arrange a vertical support on an inclined side plate of the bottom side tank section are well solved. In addition, the special supporting seat is welded to the deck surface of the top side tank section, so that the mounting and dismounting are more convenient.

    本发明涉及一种用于大型散货船顶边舱分段搭载的支撑方法,该支撑方法是在顶边舱分段搭载过程中用∮325的圆管作为支撑管,支撑在顶边舱分段的专用支撑座与底边舱分段的专用支撑底凳之间,并用稳向架和顶升油压泵固定,本发明包含安装专用支撑座、安装专用支撑底凳、放置稳向架及支撑管、分段吊装搭载、调节支撑管并焊接等步骤。本发明很好的解决了大型散货船顶边舱分段在搭载过程中易倾倒,且在底边舱分段的斜旁板上难以设置垂直支撑的问题,另外,该发明所用的专用支撑座烧焊在顶边舱分段的甲板面上,安装和拆除更加方便。
