    本发明提供一种可折叠纤维增强树脂基复合材料桁架的制备方法及桁架,该制备方法在桁架模具上铺设纤维增强层,并通过抽真空辅助树脂注射工艺将树脂导入纤维增强层中,制得可折叠纤维增强树脂基复合材料桁架,其制备工艺简单,制备成本低,且制备过程中,引入气泡少,使所制桁架结构密实,力学性能高。采用本发明制得的桁架具有质轻、力学性能高、耐疲劳、不易腐蚀、不易老化的特点,且导入的树脂可通过加热的方式进行形状变化,实现所制桁架的可收展性,节省本发明桁架的占用空间。
