The invention discloses an electric vehicle orderly charging method and system based on double-target hierarchical control. In the method, the charging cost of the user is optimized by applying an upper-layer optimization strategy; a lower-layer optimization strategy is used to stabilize the power load fluctuation of the transformer area, so that double-layer optimization of the user charging costand the power grid load fluctuation is realized, the defect of single optimization target in the prior art is overcome, and the method has the advantages of high operability, easiness in implementation, capability of meeting various requirements of a user side and a power grid side to the greatest extent and the like.

    本发明公开了一种基于双目标分层控制的电动汽车有序充电方法及其系统。在该方法中,应用上层优化策略对用户充电成本进行优化,应用下层优化策略平抑台区电力负荷波动,从而实现对用户充电成本和电网负荷波动的双层优化,解决了现有技术中优化目标单一的缺陷,具有操作性强、易于实施、最大化满足用户侧、电网侧多方面要求等诸多优点。
