The invention discloses an underwater investigation operation robot. The robot comprises an underwater main control system, an underwater monitoring system, an overwater remote control system, a powerpropelling system, a sinking and floating device, a manipulator grabbing device and an underwater searchlighting device, and the underwater main control system is used for communicating with the overwater remote control system, converting signals into control signals of all the systems and conducting control; the underwater monitoring system is used for monitoring the situation in a bin through asensor and monitoring the underwater situation through a camera; the overwater remote control system is used for converting the control action of an operator into a control signal through remote sensing and a button, sending the control signal to the underwater main control system, and returning data acquired by each underwater sensor and camera; the power propelling system is used for providingpropelling force through a high-power underwater propeller and conducting steering through the rotating speed difference of the underwater propeller. Underwater real-time control operation and video real-time transmission can be realized. The robot can grip underwater targets.
