The invention discloses a low-temperature refrigeration nitrogen-making oil tank inerting system and a working method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fire prevention and explosion prevention. The working method comprises the following steps: air is entrained from an aircraft engine, goes through a filtering device, a heat exchanging device and a water removing device, and then is condensed into liquid air by an onboard refrigerating device, and the liquid air is separated in a rectifying tower to form a nitrogen-rich liquid and an oxygen-rich liquid. The stored nitrogen-rich liquid can be used for aircraft fuel tank inerting through the pressure reduction effect, so the oil tank combustibility is reduced, and aircraft flight safety is protected; and the oxygen-rich liquid can be used for supplying oxygen to an aircraft cockpit after being decompressed. The oil tank inerting system can store nitrogen-rich gas, reduce the influence on engine bleed air, meet the requirementfor aircraft oil tank inerting under full flight envelope and extreme conditions, and can be used for supplying oxygen when a cabin loses pressure to guarantee flight safety.
本发明公开了一种低温冷冻制氮油箱惰化系统及其工作方法,属于防火防爆技术领域。本发明的工作方法为从飞机发动机引气经过过滤、换热以及除水装置后被机载制冷装置冷凝为液态空气,液态空气在精馏塔中分离形成富氮液体及富氧液体。其中富氮液体储存后经减压作用可用于飞机油箱惰化,降低油箱可燃性,保护飞机飞行安全;富氧液体经减压后可用于飞机座舱供氧。该油箱惰化系统可将富氮气体进行储存,减少对发动机引气的影响,满足全飞行包线和极端条件下飞机油箱惰化需求,同时可用于座舱失压时供给氧气,保障飞行安全。
