The invention discloses a high-speed low-rolling-resistance pneumatic tire and a production method thereof. According to the high-speed low-rolling-resistance pneumatic tire, cap plies comprise cap strips; the cap strips are wound in the circumferential direction of a tire to form shoulder cap plies symmetrically arranged on the shoulder of the tire, and a middle cap ply; the shoulder cap layer comprises an upper shoulder winding layer and a lower shoulder winding layer which have the same width; the lower surface of the upper shoulder winding layer is fixedly connected with the upper surfaceof the lower shoulder winding layer; the two ends of the middle cap ply are fixedly connected with the ends, close to the equatorial plane of the tire, of the lower shoulder winding layers respectively; a winding gap is formed between any two adjacent cap strips on the middle cap ply, and has the width of 0.5 mm; and a ratio of the width of the middle cap ply to the width of the upper shoulder capply is 3:1. According to the invention, cap strips are wound in the circumferential direction of a tire to form cap plies to bind a belt ply, so that the high-speed performance is improved, and the material weight of the cap ply is reduced so as to reduce the rolling resistance of the tire.

    本发明公开了一种高速低滚阻充气轮胎及其生产方法,所述冠带层包括冠带条,所述冠带条沿轮胎周向缠绕形成对称设置在轮胎肩部的肩部冠带层,以及中间冠带层,所述肩部冠带层包括宽度相同的上肩部缠绕层和下肩部缠绕层,所述上肩部缠绕层的下表面与下肩部缠绕层的上表面固定连接,所述中间冠带层的两端分别与下肩部缠绕层靠近轮胎赤道面的一端固定连接,所述中间冠带层上的任意两个相邻的冠带条之间具有缠绕间隙,所述缠绕间隙宽度为0.5mm,所述中间冠带层的宽度与上肩部冠带层的宽度之比为3:1,使用冠带条在轮胎周向进行缠绕,形成冠带层,对带束层进行束缚,提高了高速性能,并减少冠带层材料重量,进而降低了轮胎的滚动阻力。
