The invention relates to a multi-segment seal cylinder vertical mounting method using a turnover mechanism and the turnover mechanism. The problems that for an existing multi-segment seal cylinder mounting manner, a seal ring is prone to falling out, mounting reliability is low, and mounting coaxiality between adjacent external cylinders cannot be ensured. The method comprises the steps that firstly, lifting fixing tools are mounted on flanges on the two sides of a second cylinder; secondly, the second cylinder is horizontally mounted on the turnover mechanism; thirdly, the turnover mechanismis used for rotating the second cylinder by 90 degrees clockwise; fourthly, a seal ring is mounted, and a first cylinder is mounted over the second cylinder; fifthly, the turnover mechanism is used for rotating the first cylinder and the second cylinder by 90 degrees anticlockwise until the first cylinder and the second cylinder are horizontal; sixthly, the turnover mechanism is used for rotatingthe first cylinder and the second cylinder anticlockwise by 90 degrees; seventhly, the seal ring is mounted, and the third cylinder is mounted over the second cylinder; and eighthly, the turnover mechanism is used for rotating the first cylinder and the second cylinder by 90 degrees clockwise.

    本发明涉及一种利用翻转机构的多段密封圆柱筒竖直安装方法及翻转机构,一是解决现有多段密封圆柱筒的安装方式存在密封圈易脱出、安装可靠性低、相邻圆柱外筒间无法保证安装同轴度的问题。该方法包括:一、在第二圆柱筒的两侧法兰处安装吊装固定工装;二、将第二圆柱筒水平安装至翻转机构上;三、利用翻转机构将第二圆柱筒顺时针旋转90°;四、安装密封圈,并将第一圆柱筒安装至第二圆柱筒正上方;五、利用翻转机构将第一圆柱筒和第二圆柱筒逆时针旋转90°至水平状态;六、利用翻转机构将第一圆柱筒和第二圆柱筒逆时针旋转90°;七、安装密封圈,并将第三圆柱筒安装至第二圆柱筒正上方;八、利用翻转机构将第一圆柱筒和第二圆柱筒顺时针旋转90°。
