The invention discloses a flight control box shock-absorbing structure, which comprises a box body, shock-absorbing columns, a positioning frame and locking columns. The shock-absorbing columns are rubber blocks and comprise connecting columns, supporting columns and through holes; the supporting columns are located at the two ends of the connecting columns; and the through holes penetrate throughthe shock-absorbing columns. The positioning frame is used for bearing a flight control sensor, connecting lugs are arranged on the periphery of the positioning frame and connected with the connecting columns, and thus the positioning frame and the shock-absorbing columns are closely connected. The locking columns are sequentially provided with hand-holding parts, limiting parts, positioning parts and thread parts from top to bottom. The locking columns penetrate through the through holes, thus the thread parts are spirally connected with the box body, and the positioning frame is mounted inthe box body. Connecting between a flight control box and a fuselage is easier and more direct, a shock-absorbing structure body is directly arranged in the box body, shock absorption directly acts onan inertial measurement unit, thus the situation that the inertial measurement unit is affected is greatly lowered, the shock-absorbing effect is better, and compared with a normal shock-absorbing structure, the flight smooth and steady degree is increased by 30% or above through the structure.

    本发明公开了一种飞控盒减震结构,包括盒体、减震柱、定位架、锁紧柱。减震柱为橡胶块,减震柱包括连接柱、支撑柱、通孔;支撑柱位于连接柱两端;所述通孔贯穿减震柱。定位架用于承载飞控传感器,在定位架周边设置连接耳,连接耳与连接柱连接,使定位架和减震柱紧密连接。锁紧柱从上向下依次为手持部、限位部、定位部、螺纹部。锁紧柱从通孔穿过,使螺纹部与盒体螺旋连接,将定位架安装在盒体内。本发明让飞控盒和机身的连接更简单、直接,在盒体内部直接设置减震结构,减震直接作用于惯性测量单元,大大降低了惯性测量单元受影响的情况,减震效果更好,相比于普通的减震结构本结构使飞行平稳程度提高30%以上。
