The invention provides a limiting mechanism for a crane. The limiting mechanism comprises a transmission shaft, a transmission piece installed on the transmission shaft and an execution wheel with a protrusion, wherein the transmission piece is provided with a transmission sleeve arranged outside the transmission shaft in a sleeving mode, the execution wheel is arranged on the transmission sleevein a sleeving mode, an adjusting screw rod is installed on the transmission piece, the adjusting screw rod is provided with adjusting threads, adjusting teeth are arranged on the execution wheel, andthe adjusting threads mesh with the adjusting teeth. When the relative position of the protrusion of the execution wheel and the transmission shaft needs to be adjusted, the adjusting screw rod is rotated, the execution wheel can be driven to rotate relative to the transmission piece and the transmission shaft through the meshing relation between the adjusting threads and the adjusting teeth on the execution wheel until the protrusion on the execution wheel rotates by a set angle relative to the transmission shaft, therefore, the relative position relation between the protrusion on the execution wheel and the transmission shaft is adjusted, and the operation is convenient.

    本发明提供一种用于起重机的限位机构,包括传动轴、安装在传动轴上的传动件、及具有凸起的执行轮,所述传动件具有套设在传动轴外的传动套,所述执行轮套设在传动套上,且所述传动件上安装有调整螺杆,所述调整螺杆具有调整螺纹,所述执行轮上设有调整齿,所述调整螺纹与调整齿相啮合。在需要调整执行轮的凸起与传动轴的相对位置时,转动调整螺杆,利用调整螺纹与执行轮上调整齿的啮合关系,则能带动执行轮相对于传动件及传动轴转动,直至执行轮上的凸起相对于传动轴转过设定的角度,从而实现对执行轮上的凸起与传动轴相对位置关系的调整,且操作方便。
