The invention discloses an aerostatic type zero-gravity simulation suspension method. The method involves a supporting module, a guide rail module, a gas supply module and a detection module. A modular design is adopted and is convenient to install, debug and maintain. The detection module can actively monitor the motion of a guide rail and actively control the motion trail of the guide rail. Thedevice can be spliced, can meet the tests of different test pieces, and can provide a zero-gravity working condition for ground tests of antennas, solar cell panels and other unfolding devices in aerospace equipment.

    本发明公开了气体静压式零重力模拟悬挂方法,包括支撑模块、导轨模块、供气模块、检测模块,采用模块化设计,便于安装调试以及维护;检测模块可以主动监测导轨的运动,对其运动轨迹进行主动控制;该装置能够拼接,可满足不同尺寸测试件的测试试验,能够为航天设备中的天线、太阳能电池板等展开装置的地面试验提供零重力工况。
