In the bogie of the railway vehicle, when the rail vehicle runs in a straight line and the magnet exciting coil has no electricity, the permanent magnet magnetizes a magnetic medium in the magneto-rheological elastomer to enable the magneto-rheological joint to obtain the maximum rigidity, and after the magneto-rheological joint is electrified, the magnet excition coil performs reverse excitation on the permanent magnet to reduce the rigidity of the joint and realize low rim abrasion, so that the running stability of the rail vehicle is improved.
