The invention discloses a heavy-load unmanned aerial vehicle high-rise rescue slow-descent escape device. The device comprises a telescopic guardrail, a sliding way, a sliding plate, an electromagnetic damping slow descent apparatus, an electromagnetic lock, a multi-stage air pressure supporting rod, a hydraulic rod and an onboard safety seat. The device can be used for high-rise rescue when a fire occurs, when trapped people are trapped upstairs, an unmanned aerial vehicle takes off to a position in front of a window, hydraulic and pneumatic apparatuses are started to extend the telescopic guardrail into the window to be put down, the electromagnetic lock is opened for stabilization, the trapped people only need to sit or lie on the sliding plate and then unlock a wheel lock to slide downto the safety seat above the unmanned aerial vehicle, and after the people sit on the safety seat, the telescopic guardrail is restored, and the unmanned aerial vehicle returns to send the trapped people back to the ground.
