The invention discloses a method and device for avoiding installation of a main engine torsional vibration damper, a ship and a storage medium. The method is applied to the ships. The ship comprises amain engine, intermediate shafts, bearings, propeller shafts, propellers, flywheels and frequency modulation wheels. The method comprises the steps that the diameters of the intermediate shafts and the propeller shafts, the tensile strength of the intermediate shafts and the propeller shafts and the rotational inertia of the flywheels and the frequency modulation wheels are obtained; according tothe diameter, the tensile strength and the rotational inertia, torsional vibration stress peak values of the intermediate shaft and the propeller shaft under the condition that one cylinder of the main engine is on fire are obtained; if the torsional vibration stress peak value exceeds the preset instantaneous allowable stress, the diameter and/or the tensile strength and/or the rotational inertia are/is adjusted. By continuously adjusting the diameters and the tensile strength of the intermediate shaft and the propeller shaft and the rotational inertia of the flywheel and the frequency modulation wheel, the torsional vibration stress peak values of the intermediate shaft and the propeller shaft do not exceed the instantaneous allowable stress, so that the torsional vibration damper can be prevented from being installed, the cost is greatly saved, and the installation is simpler.

    本申请公开了一种避免安装主机扭振减振器的方法、装置、船舶及存储介质,应用于船舶,船舶包括主机、中间轴、轴承、螺旋桨轴、螺旋桨、飞轮和调频轮,所述方法包括:获取中间轴和螺旋桨轴的直径、中间轴和螺旋桨轴的抗拉强度、飞轮和调频轮的转动惯量;根据直径、抗拉强度和转动惯量,获得在主机一个气缸失火的情况下中间轴和螺旋桨轴的扭振应力峰值;若扭振应力峰值超过预设的瞬时许用应力,则调整直径和/或抗拉强度和/或转动惯量。本申请能够通过不断调整中间轴和螺旋桨轴的直径和抗拉强度、飞轮和调频轮的转动惯量,使得中间轴和螺旋桨轴的扭振应力峰值不超过瞬时许用应力,从而能够避免安装扭振减振器,大大节省了成本,安装更加简单。
