The invention discloses an FPSO ship living building hoisting method. The method comprises steps that S10, an FPSO ship living building is divided into a plurality of blocks, and a plurality of blockscomprise a first block and a second block; S20, a plurality of first lifting points are arranged on a deck surface of the first block; S30, a plurality of second lifting points are arranged on a decksurface of the second block; S40, a crane hoists the first block through the first hoisting point; S50, the crane ship hoists the second block through the second hoisting point; wherein the weight ofthe first total section is smaller than the lifting weight of the crane, and the weight of the second total section is larger than the lifting weight of the crane. The method is advantaged in that the FPSO ship living building is divided into a plurality of blocks for hoisting, so hoisting difficulty is reduced, and complexity of hoisting operation is reduced.
