The invention relates to a universal multifunctional wheel type unpowered chassis. The chassis comprises a frame and tires; vertical supporting arms are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the frame; the lower ends of the vertical supporting arms are fixedly connected to the frame; the upper ends of the vertical supporting arms are turned outwards to form fixing parts; upper supporting arms and lower supporting arms are sequentially arranged at the positions, corresponding to the vertical supporting arms, of the frame from top to bottom; the inner ends of the upper supporting arms and the lower supporting arms are hinged to the frame; the upper supporting arms and the lower supporting arms swing up and down; and shock absorbers are connected between the upper supporting arms andthe fixing parts; brake discs are fixedly installed on hubs arranged on the tires; and the upper portions and the lower portions of the brake discs are hinged to the upper supporting arms and the lower supporting arms through steering knuckles in a one-to-one correspondence mode. All parts on the frame are designed to be of a symmetrical structure, the parts are unified, and production and assembly are convenient; two-shaft, three-shaft and four-shaft multifunctional universal chassis and other kinds of chassis can be obtained through expansion according to different shaft load requirements; and two composite steering modes, namely, a multi-wheel steering mode and a sliding friction steering mode are achieved; and each axle is independently suspended through double cross arms, so that thecross-country capacity of the chassis is high, and the passing performance of the chassis is good.

    一种通用化多功能轮式无动力底盘,包括车架和轮胎,在车架的两侧对称分布有竖向支臂,竖向支臂的下端固定连接在车架上,竖向支臂的上端端部向外翻折形成固定部;在车架上对应竖向支臂的位置从上之下依次设有上支臂和下支臂,上支臂和下支臂的内端均铰接在车架上,上支臂和下支臂上下摆动,在上支臂与固定部之间连接有减震器;在轮胎设置的轮毂上固定安装有刹车盘,刹车盘的上部和下部分别通过转向节一一对应与上支臂和下支臂铰接。车架上的各部件采用对称结构设计,零部件统一,方便生产、组装;可根据不同的轴荷要求,拓展两轴、三轴、四轴等多功能通用性底盘;具有多轮转向、滑摩转向两种复合转向方式,每轴均采用双横臂独立悬挂,越野能力强,通过性能好。
