The invention discloses an intelligent parking charging system. The system comprises a mobile terminal, a geomagnetic vehicle detector, a remote communication device and a sever, wherein the mobile terminal is used for installing APP software and is connected to a third-party payment platform for charging a vehicle owner; the geomagnetic vehicle detector is used for sensing a vehicle entering/exiting state of a parking space; the remote communication device is connected with the geomagnetic vehicle detector and used for sending the vehicle entering/exiting state of the parking space and parking space information to the server; and the server is used for operating application software of an intelligent parking charging system, recording the vehicle entering/exiting state of the parking space and the parking space information, generating a vehicle entering/exiting record, and sending the vehicle entering/exiting record to the mobile terminal. The method has advantages that parking charging cost can be reduced, and working efficiency of toll collectors is improved.
