The application provides a vehicle and a power battery temperature control device thereof. At least one of a three-phase inverter and a three-phase alternating current motor in the power battery temperature control device and a first valve form an electric drive cooling loop through a heat exchange medium pipeline, and the first valve and a power battery form a battery cooling loop through a heatexchange medium pipeline; when a control module detects that the temperature of the power battery is lower than a preset temperature and heating conditions are satisfied, the first valve is controlledto communicate the electric drive cooling loop with the battery cooling loop; the three-phase inverter and the three-phase alternating current motor are controlled to heat a heat exchange medium in the electric drive cooling loop to realize the heating of the power battery; and the three-phase inverter is controlled to adjust the phase current of the three-phase alternating current motor according to the obtained preset direct-axis current and the preset quadrature-axis current in the heating process. In the adjusting process, the direction of the preset direct-axis current changes periodically in the heating process, so that the switching times of upper and lower bridge arms of the same-phase power switching device are uniform, and the service life of the device is balanced.

    本申请提出了一种车辆及其动力电池温度控制装置,动力电池温度控制装置中三相逆变器和三相交流电机中的至少一个与第一阀门通过换热介质管线构成电驱冷却回路,第一阀门和动力电池通过换热介质管线构成电池冷却回路;控制模块检测动力电池的温度低于预设温度,满足且加热条件时,控制第一阀门使电驱冷却回路和电池冷却回路互通,并控制三相逆变器和三相交流电机加热电驱冷却回路中的换热介质,以此实现对动力电池的加热,且在加热过程中根据获取的预设直轴电流和预设交轴电流控制三相逆变器对三相交流电机的相电流进行调节,调节过程中预设直轴电流的方向在加热过程中呈周期性变化,使得同一相的功率开关器件上下桥臂开关次数均匀,器件寿命均衡。
