The invention provides a leading edge slat supporting mechanism based on gear and rack driving. The whole mechanism is supported by a fixed front edge; a sliding rail is arranged in the fixed front edge and is supported by an upper pulley, a first lower pulley, a second lower pulley and a third lower pulley; the upper pulley is arranged at the position, close to the fixed front edge, of the frontend of the sliding rail, the first lower pulley and the second lower pulley are arranged at the left end and the right end of a driving gear respectively, the driving gear is arranged on the lower side of the sliding rail, the driving gear, the first lower pulley and the second lower pulley share a gear shaft, and the two ends of the gear shaft are provided with fan-shaped limiting check blocks respectively. The limiting check blocks can prevent the normal movement of the sliding rail through small idler wheels connected with the limiting check blocks; meanwhile, the sliding rail and the gearcan be kept in the same slat plane without lateral deviation. The limiting stop blocks, the small idler wheels and the pulleys at the two ends of the gear form a relatively stable supporting device, and the leading edge slat can move more stably along the track when being put down.
本发明提供的一种基于齿轮齿条驱动的前缘缝翼支撑机构,整套机构由固定前缘支撑,滑轨设置在固定前缘的内部,滑轨由上滑轮、第一下滑轮、第二下滑轮和第三下滑轮支撑,上滑轮设置于滑轨前端靠近固定前缘的位置,第一下滑轮和第二下滑轮分别设置于驱动齿轮的左右两端,驱动齿轮设置于滑轨的下侧,驱动齿轮、第一下滑轮和第二下滑轮共用齿轮轴,齿轮轴的两端各有一个扇形的限位挡块。限位挡块可通过与之连接的小滚轮来阻止滑轨的法向运动,同时也可以使滑轨与齿轮保持在同一个缝翼平面内而不发生侧向偏移。限位挡块、小滚轮以及齿轮两端的滑轮组成了一个相对稳固的支撑装置,前缘缝翼在放下时可沿轨迹更平稳地运动。
