The invention relates to the field of automobiles, and discloses a commercial vehicle self-adaptive damping device, a commercial vehicle suspension system and a vehicle damping method. The commercialvehicle self-adaptive damping device comprises: a distance sensor (10) used for measuring the distance between the distance sensor (10) and the road surface; a shock absorber (30) used for providing support for wheels and reducing vehicle shock and arranged to be a shock absorber with variable damping; and a controller (20) electrically connected with the distance sensor (10) and used for adjusting the damping of the shock absorber (30) according to a measurement signal of the distance sensor (10). The controller (20) can adjust the damping force of the shock absorber (30) according to the information fed back by the distance sensor (10), so that the vehicle can adapt to different road conditions, and the comfort of a driver and passengers is improved.
