The invention discloses a buffering device knocking mechanism and a counterweight buffering system. The buffering device knocking mechanism comprises a plurality of knocking assemblies connected movably. All the knocking assemblies are each provided with a connecting structure matched with a counterweight frame and can be switched between in an overlapped state and in a transverse arranged state.When in the overlapped state, the knocking assemblies are overlapped in the longitudinal direction in sequence, the knocking assembly located on the uppermost side is connected with the counterweightframe through the connecting structure, and the knocking assembly located at the lowermost side is matched with a buffering device. When in the transverse arranged state, between the two adjacent overlapped knocking assemblies, the lower knocking assembly is connected with the counterweight frame through the connecting structure and exposes the bottom surface of the upper knocking assembly to enable the bottom surface of the upper knocking assembly to be matched with the buffering device. According to the buffering device knocking mechanism and the counterweight buffering system provided by the invention, the height of the buffering device knocking mechanism can be adjusted, the overall weight of the counterweight frame can remain unchanged, and the operation stability and safety of the counterweight frame are ensured.
