The invention discloses a support for a wide-base bulletproof tire. The support (1) is of an annular structure formed by splicing a set of fan-shaped supporting units (2) through bolts (4) at Z-shapedconnectors (3); the support (1) is positioned in the wide-base bulletproof tire (5); and the section of each fan-shaped supporting unit (2) is in the shape of a common I-shaped steel rail (6), the two sides of a lower wing plate (7) of each common I-shaped steel rail (6) are each connected with a set of supporting teeth (8), and the top ends of the supporting teeth (8) abut against the inner sides of toe openings (9) of the wide-base bulletproof tire (5). Automatic left-right centering of the support is achieved, and the support is located in the center of the rim all the time. The support has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in installation, good dynamic balance performance and the like, can be used for vehicles with bulletproof and air leakage-proof requirements, andhas a good effect.

    本发明公开了一种用于宽基防弹轮胎的支撑体,所述支撑体(1)是由一组扇形支撑单元(2)通过Z型接口(3)处的螺栓(4)拼接成的环形结构;支撑体(1)位于宽基防弹轮胎(5)内;扇形支撑单元(2)的截面为普通工字钢轨道(6)状,普通工字钢轨道(6)的下翼板(7)两侧分别连接有一组支撑齿(8),支撑齿(8)顶端顶在宽基防弹轮胎(5)的趾口(9)内侧。本发明实现了支撑体左右自动对中,支撑体始终位于轮辋中心。本发明具有结构简单、安装方便、动平衡性能好等特点,可供有防弹、防漏气要求的车辆使用,效果较佳。
