The docking mechanism comprises a driven end and a driving end, the driven end comprises a driven end barrel and a capturing device, the driven end barrel is cylindrical, the capturing device is installed on the inner side wall of the driven end barrel, the capturing device is formed by evenlydistributing three arc-shaped rigid pieces and rotary hinges of the three arc-shaped rigid pieces in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the driven end barrel, and the three arc-shapedrigid pieces and the rotary hinges of the three arc-shaped rigid pieces are arranged in a layered mode in the axial direction; and the driving end comprises a driving end barrel, a buffer airbag, a translation device and a captured rod, a translation device enables the captured rod to move from the edge of the driving end barrel to the position of the central axis of the driving end barrel, the three arc-shaped rigid pieces rotate towards the center of the driven end barrel, and the overlapping area of the three arc-shaped rigid pieces forms a captured rod capturing area used for capturing the driving end. The large capture tolerance and the natural channel are combined, the capture reliability and safety are improved, and the payload transmission space is increased.
本发明提供了一种周边式大容差空间对接机构及其工作方法,对接机构包括被动端和主动端,被动端包括被动端筒体和捕获装置,被动端筒体为圆柱形,在被动端筒体的内侧壁安装捕获装置,捕获装置由三个弧形刚性件及其回转铰沿被动端筒体内壁周向均布而成,且三个弧形刚性件及其回转铰在被动端筒体轴向方向上分层布置;主动端包括主动端筒体、缓冲气囊、平移装置和被捕获杆,平移装置使被捕获杆从主动端筒体边缘移动到主动端筒体的中轴线位置,三个弧形刚性件向被动端筒体的中心回转,三个弧形刚性件的重叠区域形成用于捕获主动端的被捕获杆捕获域。本发明大捕获容差和自然通道兼有,提高捕获可靠性和安全性,以及有效载荷传输空间。
