An electric double-layer bus partitiontemperature control management and control system comprises a central control unit, an in-bus temperature data receiving unit, an out-bus temperature data receiving unit, an in-bus air quality data receiving unit, an air conditioner operation monitoring unit, a circulation mode conversion unit, a timing unit, a storage unit and a communication unit. The working mode of the air conditioning systemcan be automatically selected according to the temperature outside the vehicle; the internal and external circulation modes are switched according to the air quality in the vehicle, the temperature difference of different areas can be eliminated through partitioned temperature control, in the working process of the air conditioning system, components in the air conditioning system are monitored,and once a fault occurs, an error code is generated to be reported and the system is protected. Intelligent control over the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is achieved.
