The invention discloses a dual-balance-weight oil cylinder hydraulic control system and an engineering machine. The system comprises a flow dividing and collecting valve, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, an angle detection element, a first balance weight oil cylinder and a second balance weight oil cylinder, the flow dividing and collecting valve comprises a flow collecting opening, a first flow dividing opening, a second flow dividing opening and a flow returning opening, the first electromagnetic valve is used for controlling an oil path between the first flow dividing opening and a rodless cavity of the first balance weight oil cylinder to be on and off, the second electromagnetic valve is used for controlling an oil path between the second flow dividing opening and a rodless cavity of the second balance weight oil cylinder to be on and off, the angle detection element is used for detecting the inclination angles of balance weights in real time, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are opened or closed according to the size of the inclination angles to enable the inclination angles of the balance weights to be kept within the preset angle, and the hydraulic control system achieves synchronous motion of two balance weight oil cylinders, and the speed of one single balance weight oil cylinder does not need to be manually and independently adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种双配重油缸液控系统及工程机械,包括分集流阀、第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、角度检测元件、第一配重油缸和第二配重油缸,分集流阀包括集流口、第一分流口、第二分流口和回流口,第一电磁阀用于控制第一分流口与第一配重油缸无杆腔之间的油路通断;第二电磁阀用于控制第二分流口与第二配重油缸无杆腔之间的油路通断,角度检测元件用于实时检测配重的倾斜角度,第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀根据所述倾斜角度的大小进行打开或关闭以使得配重的倾斜角度保持在预设范围之内;该液控系统实现了两个配重油缸同步运动不需要手动单独调节单个配重油缸速度的问题。
