The present invention relates to an aircraft tire in which the tread comprises a composition based on at least one elastomer matrix comprising 20 to 100 phr of isoprene elastomer and 0 to 80 phr of astyrene-butadiene copolymer; a reinforcing filler mainly containing carbon black; 1 to 30 phr of at least one hydrocarbon resin mainly composed of aromatic and cycloaliphatic monomer units, and a crosslinking system. The resin has an aromatic proton content of 0 to 12%, an ethylenic proton content of more than 3%, a number average molecular weight of more than 500 g/mol, and a polydispersity indexof more than 2;
