The invention discloses a forced-lubricating-and-cooling on-shaft oil distributor structure. An oil distribution shaft is arranged in a shell; two ends of the shell are fixedly connected with the oildistribution shaft through framework sealing flanges; framework sealing plates are arranged between the framework sealing flanges and the oil distribution shaft; leakage cover plates are arranged on the outer sides of the framework sealing plates; a back-up bearing is arranged between one side of the inner wall of the shell and the oil distribution shaft; an ahead bearing is arranged between the other side of the inner wall of the shell and the oil distribution shaft; a lubricating oil cavity is arranged between the inner wall of the lower part of the shell and the oil distribution shaft; a lubricating oil inlet is formed under the lubricating oil cavity; an inner oil pipe is arranged in the oil distribution shaft; support blocks are arranged on two sides of the inner oil pipe; a pin shaftis arranged in the middle of the inner oil pipe; two ends of the pin shaft are arranged in the oil distribution shaft through pin shaft liners; a third inner cavity is arranged among the ahead bearing, the back-up bearing, the shell and the oil distribution shaft; and a floating limiting assembly is arranged under the shell. According to the forced-lubricating-and-cooling on-shaft oil distributorstructure provided by the invention, high-pressure ahead oil, high-pressure back-up oil and low-pressure lubricating oil are provided, and the three ways of lubricating oil jointly lubricate and coolthe ahead bearing and the back-up bearing.

    本发明公开了一种强制润滑冷却的轴上配油器结构,配油轴设于壳体内,壳体两端通过骨架密封法兰与配油轴固定连接,骨架密封法兰与配油轴之间设有骨架密封板,骨架密封板外侧设有泄露盖板,壳体内壁一侧与配油轴之间设有倒车轴承,壳体内壁另一侧与配油轴之间设有正车轴承,壳体下方内壁与配油轴之间设有润滑油油腔,润滑油进口设于润滑油油腔下方,内油管设于配油轴内,内油管两侧设有支撑块,销轴设于内油管中部,销轴两端通过销轴衬套设于配油轴内部,正车轴承、倒车轴承、壳体和配油轴之间设有第三内腔,壳体下方设有浮动限位组件。本发明提供高压正车油、高压倒车油、低压润滑油,共同三路润滑油来润滑冷却正车轴承和倒车轴承。
