The invention discloses an automatic purifying cooling device for the outer wall of a crane brake wheel. The device comprises a main shaft, a brake wheel is fixedly connected to the outer wall of oneend of the main shaft, driving rods are arranged on two sides of the brake wheel, a transmission rod is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the main shaft, and connecting shafts are arranged at themutually corresponding positions of the transmission rod and the main shaft; a connecting belt is arranged between the connecting shafts in a surrounding mode, and extrusion wheels are symmetricallyarranged on two sides of the outer wall of the connecting belt. A pressure spring is driven to be compressed by a sliding rod, and drives a connecting plate to move, and a telescopic sleeve is compressed, so that kerosene in the telescopic sleeve is sprayed out through a spray head at the bottom. The main shaft can drive the connecting belt to rotate through a connecting shaft, and a transmissionshaft drives a clockwork spring in an energy storage box to rotate, so that the device has the advantages of automatically cleaning without manual operation, cooling during braking and reducing the potential safety hazards.

    本发明公开了一种起重机制动轮的外壁自动净化降温装置,包括主轴,所述主轴的一端外壁固定连接有制动轮,所述制动轮的两侧均设置有驱动杆,所述主轴的底部呈水平设置有传动杆,所述主轴与传动杆相互对应的位置均设置有连接轴,所述连接轴之间呈环绕设置有连接带,所述连接带的外壁两侧呈对称设置有挤压轮。本发明通过滑动杆带动压力弹簧压缩,压力弹簧带动连接板移动,将伸缩套压缩,使得伸缩套内部的煤油通过底部的喷头喷出,主轴能够通过连接轴带动连接带旋转,传动轴带动储能箱内部的发条弹簧旋转,具备可自动清理无需人工操作,在刹车制动时进行降温,降低安全隐患的优点。
