The invention provides a new energy automobile torque segmented gradient filtering control method and device. The method comprises the steps of judging whether a current period input torque value is greater than a previous period output torque value or not, and determining a before-gap-passing rising threshold value and an after-gap-passing rising threshold value according to the rotating speed ofa motor and the opening degree of an accelerator pedal, dividing the torque rising process into three stages of before-gap passing, in-gap passing and after-gap passing according to the before-gap-passing rising threshold value and the after-gap-passing rising threshold value, filtering each stage of the torque rising process by adopting different torque rising gradient limit values, and enablingthe filtering control principle of the torque descending stage to be the same as the filtering control principle of the torque ascending stage. The influence of different working modes and differentaccelerator pedal opening degrees on the torque change rate and the influence of different accelerator pedal opening degrees on the gap threshold are considered, and the torque change rate of the vehicle under various working conditions can be adjusted, so that the phenomena of impact, play and the like are weakened.
本发明提供了一种新能源汽车扭矩分段梯度滤波控制方法及装置,判断当前周期输入扭矩值是否大于上周期输出扭矩值的关系,根据电机转速和油门踏板开度确定上升过间隙前阈值以及上升过间隙后阈值;根据上升过间隙前阈值和上升过间隙后阈值将扭矩上升过程分为过间隙前、过间隙中以及过间隙后三个阶段;对扭矩上升过程的每个阶段采用不同的扭矩上升梯度限值进行滤波;对扭矩下降阶段的滤波控制与上升阶段的滤波控制原理一样。本发明考虑了不同工作模式、不同加速踏板开度对扭矩变化率的影响及不同加速踏板开度对间隙阈值的影响,能够调节车辆在各种工况下扭矩变化的速率从而减弱冲击、窜动等现象。
