The invention discloses a wrapped PU dual-density tire, which comprises an outer tire and a tire body, wherein the outer tire is greater than the tire body in density and wraps the tire body. According to the invention, the thickness of the outer tire can be adjusted as required instead of being fixed, and meanwhile, the tear resistance and the scratch resistance of the whole tire are improved, sothat the service life of the whole tire is prolonged; the overall supporting force of the tire is improved, and thus the loading capacity of the foamed tire is improved; and the deformation resistance of the tire is improved, and particularly, when the tire does not move under static pressure, the deformation amplitude is greatly reduced.
