The invention discloses a permanent magnet electric high-speed maglev train system. A multifunctional long rail is mounted in the middle line of the E-shaped long rail; the multifunctional long rail integrates the left and right transmission long racks, the left and right long guide rails and the strip-shaped brake plate on one rail line; the left long high platform and the right long high platform are provided with double-effect magnetic levitation devices for supporting two sides of the maglev train, the gravity center is lower, safety is high, the gap distance of magnetic suspension is automatically controlled along with the speed of the vehicle; a complex magnetic suspension control system is omitted; a plurality of high-speed electric gears replace an expensive linear motor driving system; the left guide wheel and the right guide wheel replace a complex magnetic levitation guide system, the multiple low-speed electric wheels and the multiple driven wheels leave the road surface ina high-speed magnetic levitation state, magnetic resistance loss of the motor is avoided, and the multiple high-speed electric gears are in meshing transmission with the left transmission long rack and the right transmission long rack to float up and down along with the bogie and do not bear the gravity of a train.
