The invention discloses an automatic positioning device of an aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit. The automatic positioning device of the aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit comprises an upper computer and an electrolytic cell, and further comprises a cart positioning device and a cart rail which are arranged on supports on two sides of the electrolytic cell; a cart is arranged on the cart rail; a trolley positioning device and a trolley rail are arranged on the cart; a trolley is arranged on the trolley rail; the advancing direction of the trolley and the advancing direction ofthe cart are perpendicular to each other; and a rotating positioning device and a rotating mechanism are arranged on the trolley. The automatic positioning device of the aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit can enable the cart and the trolley to rotate without needing manual operation, automatically walks to an appointed position after receiving a certain instruction, automatically rotates,and then performs appointed operation. The operation difficulty is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the working environment is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铝电解多功能机组自动定位装置,包括上位机和电解槽,还包括设置在电解槽两侧支架上的大车定位装置和大车轨道,在大车轨道上设有大车;在大车上设有小车定位装置和小车轨道,在小车轨道上设有小车;小车和大车的行进方向互相垂直;在小车上还设有旋转定位装置和旋转机构。采用本发明的这种铝电解多功能机组自动定位装置,可以使大小车机旋转无需人工操作,在接到某种指令后,自动行走到指定位置,并进行自动旋转,然后指定作业。降低操作难度,提高效率,改善工作环境。
