The invention relates to an improved structure of an electric connector electrode of a charging pile. The structure comprises a carrier, a first electrode and a second electrode, and the first and second electrodes make contact with each other on the carrier to realize conduction. The structure is characterized by also comprising an elastic insulator, the elastic insulator abuts against or is close to the first electrode and the carrier, so that when the first electrode makes contact with the second electrode, the first electrode has elasticity, it can be guaranteed that the first electrode and the second electrode are tightly attached through the elastic force provided by the elastic insulator, and therefore the reliability of electrical connection is guaranteed.
