The invention discloses a design method of a vehicle auxiliary instrument desk and the vehicle auxiliary instrument desk. The method comprises the steps that initial size information of a vehicle auxiliary instrument desk is acquired; an auxiliary instrument desk of a vehicle is divided into an auxiliary instrument desk front portion, an auxiliary instrument desk middle portion and an auxiliary instrument desk rear portion in the vehicle length direction of the vehicle; initial design parameters of the front portion, the middle portion and the rear portion of the auxiliary instrument desk areobtained, and a plurality of design factors are selected; at least two design levels of each design factor are used as parameters to form a plurality of groups of test working conditions, computer-aided engineering calculation tests are performed on the plurality of groups of test working conditions respectively, and one group of test working conditions is selected as a selected working condition.By the adoption of the scheme, the auxiliary instrument desk of the vehicle can effectively prevent the collision dummy from toppling over towards the interior of the vehicle and impacting other interior trim parts in the far-end collision process, damage of the auxiliary instrument desk to the thorax, abdomen and pelvis of the collision dummy can be reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆副仪表台的设计方法及车辆副仪表台。其中,方法包括:获取车辆副仪表台的初始尺寸信息;将车辆副仪表台沿着车辆的车长方向分为副仪表台前部、副仪表台中部以及副仪表台后部;获取副仪表台前部、副仪表台中部以及副仪表台后部的初始设计参数并选取若干设计因子;由每个设计因子的至少两个设计水平作为参数,形成多组试验工况,对多组试验工况分别进行计算机辅助工程计算试验,选择其中一组试验工况作为选定工况。采用上述方案,车辆副仪表台不但能有效的限制碰撞假人在远端碰撞中向内车倾倒撞击到其他内饰件,而且还能降低副仪表台对碰撞假人胸腹部以及盆骨的伤害,提高了车辆的安全性。
