The invention relates to an engine anti-torque suspension device for road spectrum signal acquisition. The device comprises a first anti-torque connecting rod, a second anti-torque connecting rod, a large bushing, a small bushing, a three-component sensor and a bracket; the other end of the first anti-torque connecting rod is fixed on the top surface of the three-component force sensor; the secondanti-torque connecting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the three-component force sensor through a second bolt penetrating through a first screw joint hole; the large bushing and thesmall bushing are respectively positioned on two sides of the three-component force sensor; the bracket is provided with a clamping groove and a positioning groove; the nut of a third bolt is adjustably limited in the through hole between the positioning groove and a second screw joint hole; the bracket is fixed to the bottom face of the second anti-torque connecting rod; and the nut of the thirdbolt is clamped in the clamping groove to fix the second anti-torque connecting rod to the bottom face of the three-component force sensor. According to the engine anti-torque suspension device for road spectrum signal acquisition, the second bolt is effectively prevented from sliding, and the inaccurate testing of the three-component sensor is effectively prevented, machining is easy, and replacement and installation are convenient.

    本申请涉及一种路谱信号采集用发动机抗扭悬置装置,包括第一抗扭连杆、第二抗扭连杆、大衬套、小衬套、三分力传感器和支架,第一抗扭连杆的另一端固定于三分力传感器的顶面,第二抗扭连杆通过第二螺栓穿过第一螺接孔将其固定连接于三分力传感器的底面,大衬套和小衬套分别位于三分力传感器的两侧;支架设有卡槽和定位槽,第三螺栓的螺母可调式限位于定位槽和第二螺接孔之间的贯通孔支架固定于第二抗扭连杆的底面,第三螺栓的螺母卡设于卡槽中将第二抗扭连杆固定于三分力传感器的底面上。本申请实施例提供的路谱信号采集用发动机抗扭悬置装置,有效防止第二螺栓发生滑移、三分力传感器测试不准确的情况发生,加工简单、换装方便。
