A full-life-cycle power battery control method for a hybrid electric vehicle comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring whole vehicle operation parameters and an estimated curve of battery capacity attenuation; 2, formulating an operation interval strategy of a battery SOC in the full life cycle range of the vehicle; 3, fitting a curve of the vehicle driving mileage and a vehicle battery chargingand discharging SOC change interval; 4, formulating a relation curve between the running mileage of the vehicle and the maximum transient charging and discharging current/voltage limiting ratio of the battery; 5, making the curves obtained in step 3 and step 4 into a data table or a fitting curve, and storing the data table or the fitting curve into a BMS; and 6, communicating the VCU of the whole vehicle with the BMS to obtain the real-time SOC change interval and the transient charging and discharging current/voltage limit value of the vehicle under the current mileage. The driving SOC available interval and the transient charging and discharging current/voltage limit value of the battery are gradually changed on the basis of the battery attenuation curve, so that battery aging is delayed, and the problem that the pure electric driving range is short in the later period of vehicle operation is solved.

    一种混合动力汽车全生命周期动力电池控制方法,包括以下步骤:1、获取整车运行参数与电池容量衰减的预估曲线;2、制定电池SOC在车辆全生命周期范围内的运行区间策略;3、拟合车辆行驶里程与车辆电池充放电SOC变化区间的曲线;4、制定车辆运行里程与电池最大瞬态充放电电流/电压限制比率的关系曲线;5、将3、4所得的曲线制成数据表格或拟合成曲线,并存入BMS中;6、整车VCU与BMS通信,得出车辆在当前里程下的实时SOC变化区间与瞬态充放电电流/电压限值。本发明基于电池衰减曲线来逐步改变电池的行车SOC可用区间与瞬态充放电电流/电压限值,以延缓电池衰老和改善车辆运行后期纯电续驶里程短的问题。
