The invention discloses a control device and method for elevator pit water inflow. The control device comprises a water level detector arranged in an elevator shaft pit to detect whether accumulated water in the elevator pit reaches a preset water level, and a processing module which stops an elevator to a designated floor when it is detected that the accumulated water in the elevator pit reachesthe preset water level on the basis of the water level detector, wherein the designated floor is not a bottom floor or a top floor.
