The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a ship tail diversion pipe construction and in-dock installation method. The ship tail construction and diversion pipe in-dock installation technological process comprises the steps that 1, determining a positioning benchmark; 2, positioning a tool; 3, marking the circle center position of the diversion pipe; 4, conducting tool preparation; and 5, installing according to the installation sequence. The diversion pipe comprises a diversion pipe assembly, a bulk plate, a related tail toggle plate, a bulk piece anda fitting-out piece. After the diversion pipe assembly is built indoors, the diversion pipe assembly is hoisted into a dock to be assembled and welded in place; and after the diversion pipe assemblyand the stern ball section are assembled and welded, the bulk piece and the stern ball section are in bulk. The method has the beneficial effects that the implementation safety is high, the precisionis high, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the docking period is shortened.
