The invention relates to a crane cantilever structure and an assembling technology thereof and relates to the technical field of railway track collecting equipment. The crane cantilever structure andthe assembling technology thereof aim to solve the problems that when a cantilever of an existing crane is large in size, the welding precision is low, and the error is large. The crane cantilever structure comprises a cross beam and a vertical beam. A cantilever is overall in an L shape. The cross beam comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, two upper web plates connected to the twosides of the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate, and an end plate connected to the end, away from the vertical beam, of the cross beam. The vertical beam comprises a side cover plate, a vertical plate and two lower web plates located on the same plane with the upper web plates, wherein the side cover plate and the vertical plate are welded to the edges of the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate respectively, and the width of the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate is larger than the distance between the two upper web plates. The assembling technology of the crane cantilever structure comprises the steps of blanking, cross beam welding, vertical beam welding, cross beam and vertical beam installing and welding, small part welding, cleaning and flaw detection. The crane cantilever structure and the assembling technology thereof have the advantages that the welding precision in the welding process can be conveniently controlled, the welding error can be reduced, and the quality of the cantilever can be ensured.
