The invention relates to a low-tire-noise tread and a preparation method thereof. The low-tire-noise tread comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-120 parts of rubber; 4-8 parts ofcarbon black; 0.5 to 1.2 parts of lignite wax; 0.3 to 0.6 part of sulfur; 0.8 to 1.3 parts of a silane coupling agent; 1-4 parts of stearic acid; 1 to 2 parts of paraffin; 2-5 parts of phenolic resin;and 1.5 to 4 parts of tire pyrolysis oil. According to the invention, the modified carbon black is used as an additive in the tire, and the phenolic resin and the tire pyrolysis oil are adopted as the auxiliary materials, such that the whole hardness of the tire is reduced while the tire has a certain flexibility on the premise of maintaining the stable existing form so as to make the airflow relatively smoothly flow in the tire lines during the tire driving process.

    一种低胎噪胎面及其制备方法,所述低胎噪胎面包括如下质量份数的原料:橡胶:80‑120份;炭黑:4‑8份;褐煤蜡:0.5‑1.2份;硫磺:0.3‑0.6份;硅烷偶联剂:0.8‑1.3份;硬脂酸:1‑4份;石蜡:1‑2份;酚醛树脂:2‑5份;轮胎热解油:1.5‑4份。本申请采用改性之后的炭黑作为轮胎中的添加剂,并辅以酚醛树脂以及轮胎热解油,使得轮胎整体的硬度有所降低,但是其依然可以保持一个稳定的存在形态前提之下,还具有一定的柔性,从而使得在轮胎行驶过程中,气流在轮胎纹路中可以进行相对流畅的流动。
