The invention discloses a motion control method for a mobile operation platform of agricultural equipment. The method mainly involves a diesel engine, a variable pump, an energy accumulator, a pressure reducing valve (7), 2(n+1) (n= 1, 2, 3,...) driving assemblies, a controller and the like; the driving assemblies comprises variable oil cylinders, electro-hydraulic servo valves, secondary elements, angular displacement sensors and the like, the driving assemblies are connected to a high-pressure oil way, and forward or backward movement of the platform is achieved by adjusting the secondary elements of the driving assemblies to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise simultaneously; platform steering is achieved by adjusting the displacement of secondary elements on the left side or the right side of the platform; and platform braking is achieved by adjusting the displacement of the secondary elements to be zero. The motion control method is suitable for working under the working conditionsof high speed and large load, flexible in steering, good in maneuverability, large in bearing capacity, high in traction capacity, convenient and flexible to control, easy to achieve automatic control, capable of achieving energy recycling and reusing and capable of reducing the installed power of the mobile operation platform.
一种农业装备移动作业平台运动控制方法主要包括柴油机、变量泵、蓄能器、减压阀(7)、2(n+1)(n=1,2,3,…)个驱动组件和控制器等;驱动组件包括变量油缸、电液伺服阀、二次元件、角位移传感器等,驱动组件连接在高压油路上,通过调节驱动组件的二次元件同时顺时针或逆时针旋转,实现平台向前或向后运动;通过调节平台左侧或右侧二次元件排量的大小,实现平台转向;通过调节二次元件的排量为零,实现平台制动。本发明适合在高速、大负载工况下工作,转向灵活、机动性好、承载大、牵引能力强,控制方便、灵活,易于实现自动控制,可实现能量的回收与再利用,减少了移动作业平台的装机功率。
