The invention discloses a radial tire which comprises a tread part, a tire body and a belt ply, the belt ply comprises at least two steel wire cord fabric layers and wrapping layers, each steel wire cord fabric layer is formed by winding rubber-coated steel wire cords, at least one wrapping layer is arranged above the radial direction of the axial end portions of the two sides of each steel wire cord fabric layer, and the wrapping layers are arranged at the axial end portions of the two sides of each steel wire cord fabric layer in a spiral winding mode. The steel wire cord fabric layers and the wrapping layers are spirally wound, so that the constraint of the tire body can be enhanced, the tread rigidity is improved, and the rolling resistance of the radial tire is reduced; the spiral winding mode can effectively reduce the residual stress of the steel wire cord, the rebound resilience is small, the coating performance is high, the durability of the radial tire is improved, and the operation efficiency is improved while the precision of the radial tire is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种子午线轮胎,包括:胎面部、胎体和带束层,带束层包括钢丝帘布层和包覆层,钢丝帘布层至少具有二层,且各钢丝帘布层由覆胶钢丝帘线缠绕而成,钢丝帘布层两侧的轴向端部的径向上方各设置至少一层包覆层,包覆层采用螺旋缠绕方式设置在钢丝帘布层两侧的轴向端部。本发明钢丝帘布层和包覆层采用螺旋缠绕方式,能加强胎体束缚提升胎面刚性,降低子午线轮胎的滚动阻力;螺旋缠绕方式能够有效降低钢丝帘线的残余应力,回弹性小,包覆性强,提升子午线轮胎的耐久性能,保证子午线轮胎精度的同时提升作业效率。
